Background
Over the course of my career, I have led global product marketing and GTM commercialization across enterprise SaaS, AI, AdTech, IoT, and data platforms. My experience spans both public companies and venture-backed organizations, including leading global product marketing at PubMatic through its IPO and serving in senior leadership roles at S&P Global.
I have worked across high-stakes operating environments where commercialization is not just a messaging exercise, but a matter of execution, accountability, market readiness, and business design.
Over time, I began to see the same pattern repeat across very different companies: leaders often know they have a go-to-market problem, but misdiagnose where that problem actually lives.
The issue is rarely just messaging. More often, it is an operating breakdown. Ownership is diffuse. Execution fragments. Measurement is weak. Product, marketing, sales, and operations are not aligned around a real system. Teams work hard, but the business asks strategy to compensate for structural instability.
That pattern led me to build TEAMS™ and launch Naam Advisory.
